Place de la Bourse, Bordeaux
Lovely photo, isn't it?
Since I live next to Bordeaux, I wanted a photo of Bordeaux for the blog. I rummaged around the Internet and was fortunate to find this great photo of Bordeaux by Philippe Maiwald at Wikipedia. Here are more of his photos.
In the photo we can see the elegant 18th century facade of the Place de la Bourse with the tram passing before, reflected in the pool of the water mirror. The facade of the city is a major reason the center of Bordeaux is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
And the tram just to the right of the fountain of the three graces (Aglaé, Euphrosyne and Thalie, daughters of Zeus).
